The SunnelyAtHome Functional Free Diet method consists of building a trust relationship with one's body by listening to its needs through a thorough analysis of psychophysical health. The goal is to break free from restrictive diets and adopt a healthy and sustainable lifestyle for life.

The method is based on three fundamental principles: an anti-inflammatory diet to achieve long-term benefits, guided self-analysis sessions for the psychological aspect, and group workouts for the physical aspect.

THREE PHASES

FIRST PHASE

During an individual meeting, the personal goal is set, and a personalized dietary program is created, including a three-day cellular cleansing phase.

SECOND PHASE

Gradual reintroduction of foods begins within a balanced structure, with a hypocaloric or hypercaloric diet as needed, along with weekly psychological support.

THIRD PHASE

All foods excluded in phase two are reintroduced, including group sports support to work on physical balance.
