Welcome to my world! My name is Sole, and I will be your personal Chef and Nutrition
Coach. My passion for food and cooking has led me to embark on a transformational journey
that has drastically changed my life. Since always struggling with weight issues and
dysfunctional relationships with food, I was obese by the age of 16, until one day I decided to
make a change.
My willpower, the support of nutritionists, and my family led me to a deep understanding of
